  • MAG 5 Boulevard is the first community project developed under MAG 5 Property Development and the first community project to be launched, within Dubai South.
  • The development will comprise of 1,172 residential units complemented by retail, dining, leisure and entertainment amenities.
  • Scheduled to break ground in Q3 2016, the project is destined to become a 24 hour living, walkable community spread over 800,000 sq. ft. of land, with handover scheduled to commence Q4 2018.

  • Covering an area of 145 sq.km, Dubai South is a self-sustained ecosystem that seamlessly integrates this global trade, business and aviation hub with a smart and sustainable urban city development.
  • Dubai South is designed to provide unmatched connectivity, speed and efficiency for sea-to-air and air-to-sea cargo. It will, also, ultimately support a community of 1 million people and host residential, retail, healthcare, education and hospitality sectors.
  • Dubai South is emerging as a home to the World Expo 2020.
  • Dubai is a vital connection point between East & West. Facilitating the global flow of goods, services and ideas. Its location positions it as a gateway to the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia, with an estimated 1/4 of the world’s population.
  • Dubai South further cements Dubai’s leading position as a logistics and trade hub.
  • It takes advantage of Jebel Ali Port (the largest container port between Singapore and Rotterdam) and seamlessly connects it to Al Maktoum Airport through the dedicated Dubai Logistics Corridor.

Location

  • The centerpiece of the master plan is the Al Maktoum International Airport. Around it, industry-focused districts take advantage of their close proximity to the airport to add unique facets to their value propositions.
  • DWC will have a new access road linking it directly to the Jebel Ali Port and its Free Zone, so that all the land from the seaport to the lower inland side of DWC will be part of an extended logistics free zone from airport to seaport.
  • Grand Central will be the name of DWC’s transport hub and it will be located at the centre of DWC Commercial City – the main station in the new light rail system – which will be linked to the Dubai Metro at Grand Central.
