Mohammed Nimer obtained his civil engineering bachelor certificate in 1978 from Damascus University, Syria. After graduation, he worked with one of the leading contracting company in the Gulf Region for 15 years where he was involved in the day to day operations of the various aspects of the contracting business. During this period he gathered vast experience as a contractor in the Gulf Region and gained recognition as a prominent personality in the construction industry. For a period, he moved to North America to work in the contracting and real estate area which enhanced his professionalism and exposure to international standards and practices. In 1996, Mr. Nimer returned to the Emirates and worked with reputed contracting companies for 4 years and then was with Nakheel as Program Manager for 3 years.

He later ventured his own business "MAG Group Property Development" as part of Moafaq Al Gaddah (MAG) Group of Companies where he is striving to establish the company to be one of the well reputed and reliable property developers in the UAE and the region. With his passion for work and vision for the company being the same he, as CEO/partner, is paving the way of success for the company to reach new heights in property development. His local and international experience has also helped him to perceive the demand and the construction need of the country as well as contribute his part in the vision of developing Dubai as an international city.

He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers since 1985 and a member of the Canadian Business Council in Dubai.

Born in 1954 and married with three kids, Mr Nimer's favourite hobbies are Tennis and Scuba Diving.

Nature of Business
Development of properties in United Arab Emirates mainly in Dubai which includes residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Properties are developed for selling and also for leasing. The scale of development ranges from single storey buildings to multi-storey towers (about 66 storey in height).
