Group Properties employee of the year 2007 in small
party held in Emirates Tower Hotel. along with this
ceremony several employees were also awarded prizes
for their dedication and hard work, the party was
attended by all MAG group staff and management. |

been certified for the new projects individually for MAG
226 (Sky Estate limited), MATEX (Matex Estate
Limited), MAG 228A & MAG 228B (MAG Group FZE). |

that all the concrete works have been completed and the
tower is now in the finishing stage with about 90% of works
completed. |

Enabling Works Completed in MAG 218 Tower: |
Enabling works completed
(shoring, piling, excavation and dewatering) and the Main
Contractor has started with the works from mid November
2006. The expected completion date for the whole Tower is
June 2009. |

MAG Group PDD in Cityscape 2006: |

MAG Group PDD: launched four new projects while
participating in Cityscape2006, the biggest International
property exhibition held in Dubai International Exhibition
Center during December 2006; two residential buildings in
International City Phase 3, one residential building in
Jumeirah Village South and an offices building in Business
Bay, Dubai.
The Exhibition was successful with sale of property of about
Dhs 30 millions achieved. |

Building Management System (BMS) in MAG 214-
Jumeirah Lakes Towers |

MAG Group Property Development Department announces its
cooperation with Siemens – Switzerland as a supplier for BMS
in MAG 214 Tower in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Siemens will
provide MAG Group PDD with the most advanced system in this
technology called DESIGO RXC, MAG 214 Tower is 42 storey
building overlooking the Jumeirah Lakes, the tower will be
completed in the May of 2007. |
